As an advocate, our founder spent years building cases — for clients, for causes, for the truth. It was demanding work that rewarded precision: get the details right, respect the process, never cut corners. It shaped how he saw the world, long before it shaped how he’d one day build a beer.

He tried the classics. He tried the trendy taprooms. He tried everything London had to offer. But nothing quite fit — nothing tasted like the journey he was on: ambitious, uncompromising, caught between two worlds and proud of both.
So he stopped looking for it, and decided to build it instead.
THE CRAFT
Working alongside experienced London brewers, he started turning an idea into a recipe, and a recipe into a beer. The same instincts that had served him in the courtroom showed up again here — test the argument, refine it, don’t ship it until it’s right. Brewing, it turned out, wasn’t so different from the law. Both demand patience. Both punish shortcuts. Both reward the people who care enough to do it properly.
